I WANT TO RETURN THE GOODS WITHIN THE LEGAL PERIOD


If you are a consumer, you have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason. This also applies to orders with personal collection.


To return the goods, they must be in the same condition as you received them—unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (unpacked only applies to all merch items). You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.



I WANT TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM FOR ANOTHER


Something about my product doesn’t suit you? I can arrange an exchange. However, the item must still be undamaged, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.



THE GOODS ARRIVED DAMAGED


Please check your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so I can assess and correct the issue.



I WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE ITEM


As a buyer, you have the legal right to file a complaint about the goods. Claims will be processed within 30 days. When submitting a complaint, please attach clear photographs to your email showing the reason for the claim. You can also do so via my general contact form on this site.



Process for Exchange, Refund, or Claim


1 –⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ Contact me at info@tomasstary.com and describe the issue. Please attach the invoice you received with your purchase.


2 – ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠I will reply with the next steps and send you a postal slip, which you simply attach to your package.


3 –⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ Once I receive the product, I will inspect it and either issue a refund or send you a replacement, based on our agreement.
