Customer Support Information
• Examples of Personal Information Collected: Name, email address, phone number, order details, and any other information you provide when reaching out for support.
• Purpose of Collection: To assist you with inquiries, resolve issues, provide updates on your requests, and ensure a smooth customer service experience.
• Source of Collection: Collected directly from you when you contact me for support.
• Disclosure for a business purpose: None, I do the customer support myself.
Minors
I do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided me with Personal Information, please contact me at the address below to request deletion.
Sharing Personal Information
I share your Personal Information with service providers to help me provide my services and fulfill my contracts with you, as described above. For example:

My processor Payhip uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

• Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
• Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
